刘佳成，0567拉斯维加斯教授，博士生导师。2011年9月至2012年9月在法国巴黎天文台联合培养，2012年9月获得理学博士学位，2013年获得南京大学优秀博士论文奖，2017年5-8月年赴英国伦敦大学学院做访问学者。目前任职中国天文学会天体测量专业委员会副主任，《天文学报》、《天文学进展》编委。主要研究方向：天体测量基本理论、天文参考系、地球自转模型、VLBI和空间天体测量数据的应用等,在主要天文SCI期刊发表论文30余篇。
Jia-Cheng Liu, Ph.D. is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Astronomy and Space Science, Nanjing University. He currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Astrometry Commission of the Chinese Astronomical Society. Prof. Liu earned his Ph.D. in Astronomy in 2012, receiving the "Excellent Doctoral Dissertation of Nanjing University" award the following year. His international academic experience includes a tenure as a joint Ph.D. student at SYRTE, Paris Observatory (2011–2012) and a position as a visiting scholar at the Mullard Space Science Laboratory (UCL, London) in 2017.
His research focuses on fundamental theories of astrometry, astronomical reference frames, and Earth rotation models, with particular expertise in the application of VLBI and Gaia data. Prof. Liu has authored over 30 papers in SCI-indexed journals and contributes to the academic community as an Editorial Board member for Acta Astronomica Sinica (since 2020) and Progress in Astronomy (since 2023)
